The LXBF-1550-FFMXX series is a standard 14 pin butterfly package low-noise narrow linewidth fast frequency modulation laser. This product is based on Lingxin Optoelectronics' original silicon-based integrated external cavity chip and optimized design laser gain chip mixed packaging, which can achieve fast frequency modulation from 200K to 1000KHz and has the following characteristics: 1) Ultra low phase noise and ultra-low frequency noise; 2) Static integral linewidth<3KHz; 3) Intrinsic linewidth<100Hz; 4) Can achieve fast frequency modulation from 200K to 1000KHz; 5) The built-in silicon optical chip has a small volume, stable performance, and excellent vibration characteristics; 6) Standard 14 pin butterfly package; 7) Low power consumption;
