This product is based on the original silicon-based integrated external cavity chip and optimized design laser gain chip of Lingdong Xinguang, which are mixed and packaged together. It has the following characteristics: 1) Low phase noise, low-frequency noise, and static integral linewidth can reach below 3kHz; 2) Intrinsic linewidth<100Hz; 3) Silicon optical chips have small volume, stable performance, and excellent vibration characteristics; 4) Maximum achievable 10GHz wide frequency modulation (30GHz requires customization); 5) Small size, low power consumption;
